Information regarding the election of the 2024/25 Law Society Committee
Dear all,
UCL Law Society wishes to thank all of you for an exceptional academic year that culminated with our society being nominated for ‘Best Society for First Year Students’ at the Student Law Society Awards 2024. With this year’s journey nearing its end, you will now have the opportunity to elect your representatives for next year in the 2024/25 committee. The election will proceed as follows:
Please feel free to join us and ask us any questions before you nominate yourself for the position that most interests you during Join the Committee on Friday 1st March at 6:00pm.
Nominations for all positions will open on Saturday 2nd March, at 3:00pm. If you wish to nominate yourself, please email rachel.lam.22@ucl.ac.uk and paul.holler.22@ucl.ac.uk. YOU MUST copy in someone willing to second your nomination.
Nominations will close on Tuesday 5th March at 3:00pm.
Preceded by our Annual General Meeting, Hustings will take place on Wednesday 6th March, from 3:00-8:00pm.

Please be aware that, should you nominate yourself for a position, you MUST attend Hustings in person. All other members of the society are welcome to attend the General Meeting and Hustings.
Campaigning is permitted from midday on Thursday 7th March to 4:00pm on Thursday 14th March.
Voting will open at midday on Tuesday 12th March, and close at 4:00pm on Thursday 14th March.
The voting link will be circulated at a later date.
The election results will be made public on Friday 15th March at 6:00pm.
